Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show. However, you can reschedule your appointment upto 48 hours prior to the booking, using the link provided, and your deposit will be automatically transferred to your rescheduled booking. We operate strictly by private appointment only. We provide a 20 minute grace period. This time is deducted from the 1 hour consultation, and the appointment will automatically be cancelled if you arrive after the grace period.
