This payment is taken to secure your appointment date and time, and to cover administration and preparation time. Your deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your appointment on the day of your service. IF YOU CANCEL / DON'T ATTEND: 1)If you cancel, do not attend your appointment (“no-show”), or fail to reschedule within the stated timeframe, your booking fee will normally be kept. 2) DEPOSITED BOOKING FEE TRANSFER We understand that plans can change. If you need to move your appointment, we offer a fair deposited booking fee transfer so you don’t lose your booking fee. HOW TO TRANSFER DEPOSITED BOOKING FEE: you must reschedule online within 72 hours, and the deposit can only be transferred once, unless otherwise agreed. ⏳ Delays: While we always aim to stay on schedule, appointments may sometimes run late. Clients may be asked to wait up to 15 minutes due to unexpected delays. 🚫 No swearing or cursing is allowed while attending your appointment. We kindly ask that you do not use any offensive or abusive language. Please notify us beforehand via WhatsApp or include this in the booking notes when making your appointment. ⚠️ If you experience any complications, irritation, allergic reaction, or if you have any concerns/complaints after your appointment, you must notify us immediately and within 72 hours. This allows us to assess the situation and provide the appropriate support or resolution. 🏥 Refunds for Medical Reasons Only Refunds can only be issued if you provide a medical report confirming that you have experienced a reaction or allergy-related symptoms following the service/treatment. If you are happy to provide this medical evidence, we will be happy to review your request and process your refund accordingly. 🚫 No additional guests allowed. Children under 6 years old are not permitted to attend as extra guests. No friends, girlfriends, or boyfriends are allowed to accompany you to your appointment. ⏰ Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled as we may not have enough time to complete the treatment. In this case, your deposit/booking fee is non-refundable and will be forfeited. 📹 CCTV Policy (UK GDPR Compliant) CCTV is in operation throughout the property, including the treatment room, solely for security and protection purposes (e.g. safeguarding clients, staff, and the premises). All CCTV recordings are treated strictly confidentially and are: stored securely only accessed when necessary (e.g. for security incidents, misconduct, theft, disputes, or police requests) not shared with third parties unless legally required (for example, law enforcement) Footage is retained for a limited time and then securely deleted, unless it is required as evidence in an investigation. By attending the premises, you acknowledge that CCTV may be recording for the purposes stated above. Terms & Conditions for New Client offer The “Bring a Friend” offer entitles the referrer to £10 off their next appointment when a new client books and attends their appointment. Once the £10 discount has been credited to the referrer, the new client’s appointment cannot be rescheduled, and the deposit is non-refundable. If the new client cancels or does not attend their appointment, the £10 discount will not be applied. Appointments booked without a referral may be rescheduled in line with standard booking policies.
