⚠️ Please Read Before Booking: Our Salon Policy 💳 Deposits A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. A payment link will be sent to you within 24 hours. Your appointment is not secured until the deposit has been received. This amount will be deducted from your total on the day of your appointment. ⏰ Cancellation Policy Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a forfeited deposit. Deposits are non-transferable under these circumstances. Please note that deposits are non-refundable. Appointments may be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. ⏱ Late Arrivals Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment cancelled and the deposit forfeited. Due to our busy schedule, we require the full allotted time for each service. You are welcome to reschedule, but a new deposit will be required. 💅 Infill Policy We do not offer infills on work done by other salons. If you currently have another technician's product on your nails, please book “Removal for New Set” in addition to your chosen service. 🐾 Dog Friendly Environment Be aware that our salon is dog-friendly! We also have a small sausage dog on the premises who stays safely in a crate during appointments.
