A 50% non-refundable retainer fee is required to secure all appointments. This fee will be applied toward your total service cost at the time of your appointment.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:
	•	To cancel or reschedule, you must provide at least 48 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled appointment.
	•	If proper notice is given, you may transfer your appointment to a new date within 30 days of the original booking.
	•	Failure to provide 48 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of your retainer fee.
	•	For cancellations or no-shows with less than 48 hours’ notice, a new retainer fee will be required to book any future appointments.

By scheduling and confirming your appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.

My daughter's appointment was for a retwist that was long overdue. I was worried that her locs were ruined due to beach vacation, summer camp and etc.. she enjoyed her experience and lived the ending results. Absolutely wonderful!! I was visiting from out-of-town. I have had only 1 stylist in my hometown for years. So, this was risky, but Teniya came highly recommended. She did not disappoint. Her online appointment system, including the feedback emails, was easy to use. She was waiting on me when I arrived. She was professional, warm, kind, and courteous. She explained everything she was doing. She asked for my preferences. I felt like I had known her all my life and my hairstyle was perfect!

Alora Lanae provided a  wonderful salon experience.  The salon is well maintained and very comfortable, with an upscale vibe.  She was very knowledgeable about haircare and maintenance. Overall amazing experience! TeNiya was very patient and knowledgeable. She let me know what I was doing right and wrong in my regular hair routine. She recommended the products I should be using for my hair type and the routine I should be following for healthy hair growth.
