Customers are required to give a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancelling or rearranging an appointment. There is a minimum charge of £80 for any one job.

All times given are approximate, we do try to stick to time slots but sometimes this isn’t possible. If there is any issue with the slot you have booked, we will decline the booking and contact you with alternative options.

Brilliant service. From the first phone call very informative and friendly. James kept in contact answering all my queries before the job was done, a very approachable team. Jack did a brilliant job and we are very happy with the finished job. Highly recommend. 

Excellent carpets look well restored  very happy with everything

James came to clean my very dirty corner suite which has been neglected in my conservatory for years. I needed it to be cleaned to lend to my daughter for her new flat while she is waiting for her new one to be made/delivered. James came on time, kept me in the loop at every opportunity and was very professional & courteous. A lovely fella. I'm over the moon with how the suite came up. It's cleaned up beautifully and is smelling as fresh  as a daisy! I would highly recommend to anyone! 

Great value, service and quality of work. The carpets stunk of smoke/cigarettes from previous owners. Now they are like brand new - so glad I decided to get them cleaned instead of paying £1500 for new carpets! Can't believe how well they have turned out. I'm sure this is largely down to the skilled workmanship and quality of equipment. Also, the price was unbeatable (I know as got 3 quotes for same job).
Will 100% use again and recommend to anyone.

Good communication before the appointment. Arrived as planned. Great advice about carpet care. James has previously repaired damaged carpet for us and did a great job. Today he cleaned our carpets. I can’t believe the difference having them cleaned professionally instead of using a home carpet cleaner. My carpets have been given a new lease of life and smell lovely and fresh too.
