Alexandra Nails Policy and Terms: *Deposits are non-refundable *Customers can cancel or reschedule appointments 48 hours in advance. *Waiting tolerance for being late is 10 minutes, if you arrive later you will be charged an extra $15 dollars or your appointment will be canceled. *Written notification is required for reservation changes. *Late cancellations or absences may result in additional charges. *We reserve the right to modify or interrupt services. *Each person reserves their service separately. *The schedule must be respected so as not to affect other customers.
