Deposits are nonrefundable. It will be applied to your procedure cost total. (Example: $50 deposit, $150 total for session = $100 due at appointment) If your appointment is not canceled or rescheduled 24hrs prior to the scheduled time, your deposit is forfeit. If you reschedule before the 24 hour mark, your deposit will carry over to your new appointment date. Paid drawings will be the property of the artist until the scheduled time of the appointment. If you pay a drawing fee but cancel your appointment, you will be given a copy of the art you paid for, but the drawing fee belongs to the artist.
