Bookings are subject to approval and are not confirmed until accepted by 808.kutz. We require a $10.0 deposit at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the appointment; cancellations made after this window are subject to the applicable deposit or fee policy. Deposits are non-refundable regardless of when the cancellation occurs. A reasonable grace period may be offered where possible, but late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling at the business’s discretion. Payment is due at the time of service and accepted payment methods may vary. Clients must provide and disclose relevant allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to their appointment. Clients should arrive alone unless prior arrangements have been made with the business. No refunds are issued once a service has been completed. The business’s liability is limited to the value of the service provided to the extent permitted by applicable law, and specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Personal and booking information is collected solely to provide the service and is not shared with third parties except as required to process payments or by law. Looking forward to seeing you. By booking an appointment with 808.Kutz, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the following terms: * All completed barber services are final and non-refundable. * If you are dissatisfied with your service, you must contact 808.Kutz within 72 hours to request a complimentary adjustment. * Adjustments are offered only for the original service and do not include changing to a different haircut or style. * No refunds will be issued for a change of mind or dissatisfaction with a style that was requested. * Fraudulent or unauthorized payment disputes (chargebacks) for services that have been completed may be contested using appointment records, payment records, client communications, and service documentation. * 808.Kutz reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these policies or behaves in a disrespectful or threatening manner.
