Absolutely professional and a wonderful job! It has been a nightmare trying to find a good groomer in Westlock, but Pooteloo’s was a dream. Very worth the price and beautiful photos after. Thank you so much!

I’m so happy I found Jamie!! From the first appointment, to our last appointment. My dogs love going to see her. My oldest used to hate getting groomed, now he crys for her when I drop them off.

Jamie does a fantastic job with my two Airedale terriers. I bring them in so ratty and dirty and they always look so beautiful afterward. She obviously loves animals as my boys practically drag me to the door when I let them out. In fact my one boy was injured at a previous groomer and was terrified of getting groomed again. By his second grooming with Jaimie, he was no longer nervous at all....she is that good! I can't praise her enough...talented, gentle and kind. Highly recommend!

I have a Siberian Husky who is basically 90% fur and 10% dog, and I’ve never seen her so clean or so thoroughly deshed. Jamie worked absolute magic! She was also amazing with my nervous boy, Frank, who treats anyone touching his butt like a personal betrayal. She was so patient and gentle with him, and he did better than I ever expected. It’s obvious she genuinely loves what she does. Thank you for taking such incredible care of Tikaani and Frank. We’ll definitely be back!

Jamie was great with Sammy and he looks super cute!

Always a wonderful experience . Jamie groomed our previous two pups before we started also bringing our Skittles to her nearly 11 years ago. ❤️❤️

As always, Jamie does a fantastic job with Huxley.
Huxley is not always easy to groom, but Jamie always manages to do a fantastic job… I would go nowhere else and I’m sure Huxley wouldn’t be comfortable with anyone else, thank you so much

Jamie always does the greatest job grooming my two dogs (cockapoo and bichon/cockerspaniel).
They always come home from their appointments happy - with other groomers they would be timid and seem sad/off for days, so this speaks volumes of how Jamie treats the animals she works with!
I highly recommend her to anyone!

I’ve been taking my Shepherd cross dog to Jamie for 3-4 years. She’s amazing! Remi always comes out looking great and happy. Would highly recommend her to anyone looking

Great communication, ease of booking appointments, friendly & great with the dogs

Jamie was absolutely amazing with my dog! He usually isn’t comfortable around many people, but he loved his appointment with her. Jamie was so patient, kind, and respectful, and it was clear she genuinely cares about the dogs she works with.

Her prices are very reasonable, and she goes above and beyond to make the experience special. I loved receiving adorable photos of my pup after his appointment, and the cute bandana was such a thoughtful touch. Highly recommend Jamie to everyone!!

Jamie, was patient and kind with my shy pom on his first visit. Very happy with the cut!

Copper always looks amazing after his haircut. Thank you Jamie for taking such care of our fur baby 😊

Jamie did a fantastic job of grooming our 2 shitzu mix dogs. They really look great. Thank you for your efforts.

We have a 15 year old dog that has always had a hard time being groomed, as he’s getting older he seems to be getting worse. He needs to meds to make it through but sometimes that’s still not enough, Pooteloos has been amazing with him, we know he gives them a hard time but they are patient and give him the attention he needs. Highly recommend!

She does an amazing job trimming my dog nails, quick and efficient. A positive and calming environment for my dog who is very nervous..

Jamie does an excellent job on my dog. She always makes her look good!! Will recommend her to anyone who wants their dog to look great!!

I just love Jamie! She’s groomed both my dogs . Actually she’s our only groomer! I can’t say enough good about Pooteloos! 🐾🐶

My dogs always come home looking so cute and sweet, I just love it! But even more importantly, my one skittish, anxious dog feels safe and secure with Jamie, even letting her do his “scary” areas (ears and feet). That makes me so happy that I cannot recommend her more highly!!!

Jaime is always accommodating and easy to book my small dog in for his grooming. She does an amazing job and I love the online booking and reminders.

I wouldn't take my boy anywhere else!! We drive over an hour and its more then worth it! You can tell Jamie truly cares about your pet and she does an amazing job!

Jamie is always so amazing with Bailey and Patch!

Harley looks amazing, was a very good haircut🥰

Love Jamie! We’ve been going to her for 10 years!

Xena had her first grooming and she was so happy! She loved it! Jamie did an amazing job and Xena was very comfortable with her! Thanks 😊😊

Ranger loves his every 6 week visits with his groomer. So thankful to have such a wonderful groomer!!❤️

Jamie is hands down the best groomer we have ever had. Before Jamie our dog was a nervous wreck at the groomers, but now that she gets to see Jamie she is wagging her tail and her whole body is dancing to see Jamie. She’s happy when I drop her off and she’s happy when I pick her up. Totally stress free. On top of how happy our dog is, she has never looked better. Every groom is a 10/10.

As always great service prompt and Bella looks amazing

Ohhhh our puppy is just darlin after his very first spa day!! First visit and I knew she was the gal for us and for our little Charlie!! Jamie was so friendly and helpful as I really didn’t know anything about grooming a dog as this was our very first visit ever! Have our second appointment booked😊

I can’t recommend Jamie enough! She made sure our senior pup was comfortable and handled her with so much patience and care. Our girl came home looking beautiful, but more importantly she came home calm and happy. It’s such a relief to find someone who truly treats your pet like their own. We are so grateful for the kindness and attention she gave our pup. Highly recommend!

Our yorkie puppy Mila comes home looking nicely groomed and smells wonderful. Pooteloos is quick, efficient and always sends pictures .

Every trip to see Jamie has been wonderful, she has been our groomer for years . Jamie always goes above and beyond she is fantastic. Oliver started with Jamie when he was a puppy now unfortunately Oliver is blind but everytime we go to Jamie's he is so happy and goes to her with tail wagging. Cannot say enough great words about the services she provides . We are beyond happy and pleased after every visit 💕 Jamie is the best 💕

My dog been going to Jamie since he was 4 months old and he is almost now 7. She is amazing with him and he loves when I say let's go see Jamie!! Amazing business and groomer.

We recently moved and were looking for a groomer. They did an awesome job for our dear Lucci. She was so clean and smells nice. We will definitely go back for her grooming.

Jamie is wonderful with my two morkies Lucy and Ricki, they are nervous but she looks after them and they always come out looking fantastic.

Always had positive experience with Jamie.
Grooming Benny since he was a puppy.
Wouldn’t take Benny anywhere else.

Jamie is truly an amazing person, she wonderful with my boy and does the best job ever each time never ever any complaints my boy loves her always come out handsome enjoy his spa day
💙💙💙

10/10 every time!!! Been bringing my yorkie Harlow to Jamie for about 2 years now and couldn't be happier. Even when Harlow's fur is over grown a bit, it is still always shaped very nice still. If your looking for great cuts and great care, Jamie is your groomer!!
