Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time. 
If less than 24 hours cancellation or reschedule, there is a late cancellation fee (50% of groom price) payable before future appointment can be booked. 
If no show, then 100% of groom price payable before future appointments can be booked.

Vicky is skilled  and her calming approach always puts our Border, Flora at ease.  When we collect our little Flora she looks amazing, her coat is simply super soft, her face is so cute and we are always delighted with Vicki's work

Vicky is a very caring, and professional groomer, she always makes my little Jack Russel feel at ease as she is quite a nervous dog. Excellent at her job and would highly recommend. 

This was Bears first time with Vicki and I can’t tell you how impressed I was when I went to collect him. My little boy looked and smelt amazing. Vicki was so so good and patient with him . She trimmed him just like I asked and then some. Bear will now be a regular at  Vicki’s Rascals xxx 🐾❤️❤️
