The Lash Lair

Bookings are subject to approval and are not confirmed until accepted by The Lash Lair. A £10 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the appointment time; cancellations made after this window will require the remaining balance of the appointment to be settled in full. Deposits are non-refundable regardless of when the cancellation occurs. A reasonable grace period may be offered where possible, but late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling at the business’s discretion. Payment is due at the time of service and accepted payment methods may vary. Applicable platform fees may apply. New clients must provide and disclose relevant allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions by completing a consent form during a patch test which must be booked at least 24 hours prior to appointment. Personal and booking information is collected solely to provide the service and is not shared with third parties except as required to process payments or by the law Infills are usually required every 2–3 weeks, depending on your natural lash cycle and retention. To qualify for the infill price, at least 50% of your previous extensions must remain after outgrown lashes have been removed. As appointments fill quickly, I recommend booking your next infill in advance to secure your preferred time. If you're unsure whether you need an infill or a full set, please book a Full Set appointment and the correct service will be determined at your appointment. Clients should arrive alone. No refunds are issued once a service has been completed. If you are feeling unwell or developing symptoms of illness, please notify me as soon as possible and I will do my best to accommodate you. While I understand that illness can sometimes be unavoidable, I kindly ask for as much notice as possible, as appointment changes and time away from work can have a significant impact on my small business.
