If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice so I can offer the slot to another client. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 50% charge, and no-shows & cancellation on the day of appointment will be charged in full. Ellie is by far the best lash technician I’ve ever had. Extreme perfectionist with super efficiency. I can’t normally sit still after an hour, but she always does the most amazing finish before I start fidgeting.  Also probably the most down to earth person I’ve met in Dubai.
