💅 Eimis Nail Salon Booking Policy 1. APPOINTMENTS All services are provided strictly by appointment only. An appointment is considered valid only after confirmation by the salon and, where required, payment of a deposit. 2. DEPOSITS A deposit is required for all services in order to secure your booking. The deposit is non-refundable in case of late cancellation or no-show. In case of a timely cancellation (at least 24 hours in advance), the deposit may be transferred to a new appointment or refunded. Refunds (where applicable) are processed by the salon; however, the time required for the amount to appear in the client’s account may vary depending on the bank and can take between 3–7 working days. 3. LATE ARRIVAL Please arrive on time to ensure the smooth running of our schedule. A delay of more than 10–15 minutes may result in cancellation of your appointment, without refund of the deposit. 4. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING Cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. In case of late cancellation, the deposit policy applies. 5. NO-SHOW In case of a no-show, the salon reserves the right to refuse future bookings or require full prepayment for subsequent appointments. 6. CORRECTION POLICY Corrections are provided free of charge within 15 days from the date of the service. This policy applies strictly to technical issues and does not cover changes in design or color preference. 7. ADDITIONAL CHARGES Additional charges may apply depending on the complexity of nail art or the removal of products applied by another salon. 8. HYGIENE & SAFETY The salon follows strict hygiene and sterilization standards. For the safety of all clients, services will not be provided in cases of fungal infections or other contagious conditions. 9. PERSONAL BELONGINGS The salon is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings within the premises. 10. SOCIAL MEDIA The salon may take photos or videos strictly of hands/feet (nails only) for promotional purposes (e.g. social media). If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform us in advance. 11. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE The salon reserves the right to refuse service in cases of non-compliance with these terms or inappropriate behavior. 12. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS By completing a booking, the client fully accepts these terms and conditions.
