EyeLusion Lashes

By booking an appointment with EyeLusion Lashes, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions: Deposits & Appointment Confirmation • A 20% deposit is required to secure all appointments. • Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit has been received (unless otherwise advised). • Deposits are non-refundable and will be applied to the total service cost. After-Hours & Weekend Surcharge A 15% surcharge applies to: • all appointments from 5:00pm onwards, and • all weekend appointments (Saturday & Sunday). This surcharge is calculated on the total service price and added at checkout. Cancellations & Rescheduling • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. • Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of your appointment time will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total service cost. No-Shows • No-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost. • Clients who no-show will be required to pay in full prior to any future bookings. Late Arrivals • Please arrive on time to ensure we can provide your full service. • If you are running late, your appointment time may be reduced to avoid delaying the next client. • Arrivals more than 10 minutes late will result in your appointment being cancelled and the full service fee will apply. Guests & Children • For safety, comfort, and to maintain a calm working environment, no guests or children are permitted at appointments. • Please attend your appointment alone, unless prior approval has been given by EyeLusion Lashes. Payments (AUD) & Card Surcharges • Cash is preferred. • Card payments are accepted and will incur a 1.7% surcharge + $0.30 AUD per transaction (processing fee). • All prices are in AUD and are subject to change; the price at the time of booking applies. Refills (Infills) • Refills are only available if you have 40% or more lash retention remaining. • If retention is below 40%, the appointment may need to be booked and charged as a full set (or a removal + full set if required). Refunds & Adjustments • Due to the nature of lash services, refunds are not provided for change of mind. • If you have any concerns, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment so we can assess and advise on the best solution. Health & Safety / Right to Refuse Service • Please notify us prior to your appointment of any allergies, sensitivities, eye infections, recent eye surgery, or medical conditions affecting the eye area. • EyeLusion Lashes reserves the right to refuse service where it is not safe or appropriate to proceed.
