HAIR PREPARATION Clients must arrive with clean, blow-dried hair unless the service includes a wash. Please come detangled and ready for your appointment. LATE POLICY Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule depending on the schedule for the day. Policy and Terms

Booking Policy A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments and will go toward your total service. Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel, miss your appointment, or do not show up. Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice, and your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, the deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to book again.
