Bookings are confirmed at the time of booking. We require a $15 deposit at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before the appointment; cancellations made after this window are subject to the applicable deposit or fee policy. Deposits are refundable provided cancellation is made within the permitted cancellation window, and if you reschedule your appointment at least 72 hours before your current appointment using the link provided, your deposit will be automatically transferred to your future booking. A reasonable grace period may be offered where possible, but late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling at the business’s discretion. Payment is due at the time of service and accepted payment methods is CASH Clients must provide and disclose relevant allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to their appointment, and clients should arrive alone unless prior arrangements have been made with the business. No refunds are issued once a service has been completed. The business’s liability is limited to the value of the service provided to the extent permitted by applicable law, and specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
