MUST READ – T&Cs 💅🏾 Age & Deposit • 16+ only. • £15 deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE and goes toward your set. Lateness/Cancellations • Please arrive on time – 10 min grace. 10–15 mins late = £10 fee, 15–20 mins = £15 fee. After 20 mins your appointment will be cancelled & classed as a no-show (remaining balance charged). • Cancelling, no-showing, or trying to reschedule with less than 24h notice = deposit lost + balance charged. • You can only reschedule once (with 24h+ notice). • After 2 no shows/late cancels, I won’t be able to take future bookings. Extra Info • Appointments after 7pm = £10 out-of-hours fee (no acrylics after 7pm – please book Sat/Sun instead). • Please come with bare nails – I don’t work over/remove other techs’ work. • No damaged nails – send a pic if unsure. Service will be refused if nails aren’t healthy. • Free repairs within 4 days. After that repairs are charged. Late to a repair = cancelled booking.
