Booking Policy & Terms • All services require a non-refundable deposit of $31.35 to secure your appointment. • A confirmation text will be sent once the deposit is received. • No refunds will be issued for late cancellations, same-day cancellations, or no-show appointments. • A 15-minute grace period is allowed. Arrivals after this time may need to be rescheduled and the deposit will be forfeited. Deposits: Deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation or no-show. However, if you reschedule at least 24 hours in advance using the booking link provided, your deposit will be automatically transferred to your new appointment.
