Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 48 hours before start time. All appointment reminders need to be replied to this confirms your appointment. Booking fee is not refundable and not transferable. Treatment costs are also not refundable If you fail to turn up to your appointment without informing the salon you will not be able to re book.
