I understand that all booking fees, services rendered, and retail purchases are final and non-refundable. A non-refundable booking fee is required to reserve all appointments. One complimentary reschedule is permitted when requested at least 24 hours before my appointment; additional reschedules may require a new booking fee. I authorize CYN Artistri Co. to charge the card on file up to 50% of my scheduled service total for any no-call/no-show. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in restricted future booking privileges. I understand that full set appointments may take up to 3 hours and refill appointments up to 2 hours. I agree to allow sufficient time for my appointment to achieve the highest quality results. I understand that photos and/or videos may be taken before, during, or after my appointment for portfolio, marketing, educational, and social media purposes. If I do not wish to be photographed or recorded, I will notify CYN Artistri Co. before my appointment.

This service includes a detailed consultation, brow mapping, and precise shaping with wax (and tweezing if needed). Designed to flatter your natural brow structure, leaving them clean, defined, and sculpted. No tint or lamination—just clean, defined, sculpted brows.
