Policy and Terms
By booking with Crowned By Timia, you agree to all salon policies. Deposits are non-refundable and required to secure your appointment. Please arrive with your hair prepared according to your selected locationโs requirements. Appointment times are estimates and may vary. Clients arriving more than 25 minutes late may need to be rescheduled. Please review the full policies provided below. Thank you for respecting my time and business! My goal is to provide every client with a professional, relaxing, and personalized experience. Please review the following policies before booking your appointment! ๐ LOCATION: The Crown Studio is a private appointment-only studio located in Lincoln, Delaware. For the privacy and safety of my family and clients, the exact address will only be provided after your appointment has been confirmed. Please do not share the address with others. ๐ค DEPOSITS A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. Your deposit will be applied toward your final balance. If you need to reschedule, please refer to the cancellation policy. โ CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING A minimum of a 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may require full payment before future appointments can be booked. โฐ LATE POLICY Please arrive on time. Clients arriving more than 25 minutes late may be rescheduled, have their service shortened, or forfeit their appointment depending on my schedule. ๐ HAIR PREPARATION Shampoo services are NOT available at The Crown Studio. Please arrive with your hair prepared in ONE of the following ways: Option 1 โข Freshly shampooed & Conditioned โข Completely detangled โข Towel-blotted โข Covered with a shower cap I will complete the blow-dry during your appointment. OR Option 2 โข Freshly shampooed โข Conditioned โข Completely detangled โข Fully blow-dried Hair must be clean and free of heavy oils, grease, excessive leave-in products, waxes, and product buildup unless otherwise instructed. ๐ BRAID LENGTH POLICY To maintain quality service and protect the health of my body, braid lengths are limited based on braid size. Small & Medium Braids Maximum Length: Butt Length Large Knotless Braids & Stitch Braids Maximum Length: Mid-Thigh Length Floor-length, knee-length, and ankle-length braids are not offered. โธป โณ APPOINTMENT TIMES Appointment times listed during booking are estimates only. Every clientโs hair is unique, and some services require additional time. Please avoid scheduling work, appointments, or other commitments immediately following your appointment.
