Policy and Terms
Appointments must be confirmed with a valid contact method (email and phone number). A confirmation message will be sent once the booking is secured. Please give at least 24–48 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee or loss of deposit. To ensure a calm and professional environment, please do not bring extra guests unless discussed in advance. Final payments are due at the time of service. Accepted payment - CASH ONLY ! Any other source of payment will result in a 5$ fee. If you are sick or have symptoms, please reschedule for the safety of others. Late Arrivals: Every client gets a 15 min grace period, after 25 min you will have to reschedule your appointment
