Private Lesson Policies & Terms 🤍

I am so grateful you trust me with your athlete’s training! My goal is always to provide a positive, structured, and high-quality experience where athletes can grow confidently and safely.

To keep things running smoothly for everyone, please review the following:

✨ Booking & Payment

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your lesson time. The remaining balance is due on the day of your session.

For 4-week packages, full payment is required upfront to reserve your recurring time slot. This helps ensure consistency and steady progress for your athlete!

✨ Cancellations & Rescheduling

Life happens — I completely understand! I simply ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

• Cancellations made 48+ hours in advance may transfer the deposit to a new date.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will forfeit the deposit.
• No-shows will require full lesson payment before rebooking.

4-week packages are non-refundable, but one reschedule per cycle is allowed with proper notice.

These policies help me protect scheduled time and continue serving all families well.

✨ Late Arrivals

If an athlete arrives late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time out of respect for the next booking. I promise we will still make every minute count!

✨ Safety & Waiver

Safety is always my top priority. A signed waiver (by a parent or guardian if under 18) is required before participation.
