Bookings are confirmed at the time of booking. By booking with DCS you agree to these Policies & Terms, and DCS may cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment if needed and will notify you as soon as reasonably possible. Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 3 days before the appointment; please provide as much notice as possible. Please ensure someone will be home or provide a way to access the property so the service can be completed, or request rescheduling as soon as possible. Payment is due at the time of service, is complete and accepted payment methods may vary. Clients must provide and disclose relevant allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions before their appointment, No refunds are issued once a service has been completed.
