Bookings are confirmed at the time of booking; by booking with Cinsboutiquee you agree to these Policies & Terms, and Cinsboutiquee may cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment if needed and will notify you as soon as reasonably possible. Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the appointment, and if you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so as early as possible; late cancellations and no-shows may lead to restrictions on future booking privileges. A reasonable grace period may be offered where possible, but late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling at the business’s discretion, and may incur a late fee of $15. Payment is due at the time of service and accepted payment methods may vary. Clients must provide and disclose relevant allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to their appointment, and clients should arrive alone unless prior arrangements have been made with the business.
