Bookings are subject to approval and are not confirmed until accepted by Celestial Moon Lash & Nail Bar, and the business may cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment if needed and will notify you as soon as reasonably possible. Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the appointment. A reasonable grace period may be offered where possible, but late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling at the business’s discretion.
