Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation or no-show. However, if you reschedule your appointment using the provided link, your deposit will be automatically transferred to your future booking. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion. Any damages must be reported to us within 24 hours after service. By booking with us, you acknowledge and accept these terms and policies.
