POLICY & TERMS APPOINTMENT POLICY Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Because of this, cancellations and missed appointments directly affect my ability to accommodate other clients. I completely understand that life happens — especially with schedules, work, and unexpected changes. My policies are designed to offer some flexibility while also respecting the time and preparation that goes into each appointment. 50% DEPOSIT A 50% deposit is required to reserve your appointment and will be applied toward the total cost of your service. Your deposit secures your appointment time and is your commitment to showing up for the time reserved specifically for you. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide as much notice as possible. I understand that unexpected circumstances can happen. Your first missed appointment or last-minute cancellation will be considered a one-time courtesy, and your 50% deposit may be transferred to your rescheduled appointment. After your one-time courtesy has been used, future missed appointments or last-minute cancellations will result in the 50% deposit being forfeited and a new deposit being required to book another appointment. This policy applies regardless of the reason for the cancellation, including work, military obligations, illness, or scheduling conflicts. NO-SHOWS If you do not arrive for your appointment and do not contact me, your 50% deposit will be forfeited. Repeated no-shows may result in the inability to book future appointments. LATE ARRIVALS Please arrive on time so you can receive the full experience of your service. Arriving late may shorten your treatment time in order to avoid delaying the next client. If you are significantly late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and your deposit may be forfeited. MY COMMITMENT TO YOU I will always do my best to honor your appointment time and provide the thoughtful, personalized experience you booked. If an unexpected circumstance requires me to cancel or reschedule, I will communicate with you as soon as reasonably possible. During your consultation, we’ll discuss your current skincare routine, lifestyle, skin history, and any concerns or goals you have for your skin. You’ll have the opportunity to ask questions, get professional guidance, and better understand what your skin needs. We’ll take detailed photos to assess your skin and establish a baseline to help track your skin health and progress over time. You’ll leave with a personalized Skin Script to take home, including recommendations for future treatments and skincare products tailored to your skin and your goals. Hello, first-time facial clients! 🤍 If you’re new to professional skincare or simply not sure where to start, this is the perfect place to begin. We’ll take time to get to know you and your skin—your current routine, lifestyle, skin history, concerns, and what you’d love to see improve. We’ll also take photos to help us understand your skin and create a baseline for tracking your progress over time. From there, we’ll create a facial specifically for what your skin needs that day. Your treatment is gentle, intentional, and customized to you, with a focus on supporting healthy, balanced, glowing skin. Before you leave, we’ll talk through your home care and future treatment options and create a personalized skin plan. You’ll also receive 15% off any products purchased during your consultation as a little thank-you for investing in your skin. No pressure. No guesswork.
