All services are provided in a professional manner adhering to industry standards. Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments without penalty up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours may incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost after 3. Clients are responsible for arriving on time; late arrivals may result in reduced service time. Payments are due upon completion of services and can be made via accepted payment methods. Esthetics By Kristen reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to inappropriate behavior.
