Policy and Terms

Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours or not shown up to will be charged. Groups of 3+ require full payment upfront. All bridal bookings require a full consultation for a bespoke quote. Contact me for more information. All bank holiday/special occasion (NYE/Boxing Day/Races) bookings must be made using the correct service. I do not do brows or lashes on a Saturday. Any appointments booked for a Saturday will be cancelled and I kindly ask that you rebook for another day. Thank you 🤍

This service includes learning 6 full makeup looks of your choice. Completed over 2 days either consecutively or apart. It can be completed on yourself or a model. You must bring your own model, if you need me to provide one I need at least 1 weeks notice. All lessons include a full product list. Lessons not available on a Saturday.

Brow Lamination

Brow Lamination

All new clients MUST have a patch test. After booking contact me on Instagram and I will let you know my upcoming working hours for you to come into the salon for one. It is your responsibility to ensure you have a patch test; if you come to your appointment without one you will be turned away and charged for the slot. Ensure there is at least 6 weeks between Brow Lamination appointments. Appointments booked on a bank holiday or Christmas week (17th-24th) are £5 extra.

Brow Lami Maintenance

Recommended for Brow Lamination clients in between appointments. Includes a clean, scrub, treatment (think Olaplex but for your brows), wax and tint. I advise to have this 3/4 weeks after your lamination then another full appointment 3/4 weeks later and so on.
