50% deposit required to secure bookings (within 24 hours of booking approval) 

Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 48 hours before start time.

A cancellation fee of 50% of treatment with 48hours notice and 100% of treatment fee due if less than 24hours notice - this is payable before another booking is made
