•You must be 18 years or older to receive a tattoo. Valid government-issued photo identification is required to book an appointment. I WILL NOT TATTOO ANYONE UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE. • A non-refundable deposit is required to book an appointment. The deposit will be applied to the final cost of your tattoo. • If you cancel within 48 hours or fail to show up for your appointment, the deposit will be forfeited. •Tattoos will not be performed on individuals under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or are pregnant or breastfeeding. •Please inform your artist of any medical conditions (e.g., skin conditions, allergies, pregnancy). •All tools and equipment are sterilized for each client to ensure the highest standard of hygiene. •Final approval of the design is required before the tattoo begins. •Additional changes to the design on the day of the appointment may result in extra fees. •All tattoos must be paid for in full at the time of service •Aftercare instructions will be provided post-appointment. Failure to follow these instructions may affect the healing process and final result. •Your tattoo artist is not responsible for infections or complications resulting from improper aftercare. •One complimentary touch-up may be offered within 6 months of the original appointment if deemed necessary by the artist •Clients are allowed 1 guest in the room during their appointment. Other guests may wait in the waiting area. •No photos or videos during tattoo session unless approved by your artist •Please wear clothing that allows access to the area that is getting tattooed •Eat and drink water before your appointment •Avoid blood thinners 48 hours before your appointment •No children unless there is another adult present to care for them
