We are an in-home based lash studio, offering lash extensions in a quiet relaxing atmosphere. **B.L.A. POLICIES AND GUIDLINES** We appreciate all our clients and want them to feel at home while enjoying all our services . We therefore have implemented some guidlines which will help us better serve you . Please take some time to review before booking your service(s). ALL guidlines will be strictly adhered to. -A 50% DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO CONFIRM YOUR BOOKING. Your deposit is applied to the overall cost of the service , balance is due at the end of the service. Please bring the exact amount due in cash . Deposits are Non-refundable or transferable and are due at booking but NO later than 48 hours after booking your service. -Deposits can be paid using cash , bank deposits at Community First, EFT to FCIB (please contact us via WhatsApp 780-4303 for banking details) or via PayPal. N.B. Cash can be bought to our location. -You will receive a booking confirmation email, location and instructions of how to prepare for your appointment after your deposit has been paid. -No children or extra guests are allowed. -Please arrive on time . We do understand that sometimes life happens, therefore we offer a 15 minute grace period after your scheduled time to arrive. Our business is time sensitive and late arrivals affect clients who have booked services after yours. Therefore, clients more than 15 minutes late will forfeit their deposit and have their appointment CANCELED and RESCHEDULED. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS -If you need to reschedule we ask that you do so a minimum of 24 hours before scheduled appointment. If you no show to your appointment, your deposit is automatically forfeited. -If you are under the age of 18 a parent or guardian will need to book on your behalf. -Should you experience any issues after your lash appointment feel to reach out to us, our aim is to satisfy all of our clients. We do offer a 48 hour window after appointments to have you come in and assess any issues you have so they can be rectified within this time frame. Once the 72 hour assessment period has passed, services will be charged accordingly , whether you will need an infill or a full set. -Photos and videos taken are the property of Butterfly Lashes Anu. By booking with us you are giving us the permission to post these pictures on our social media platforms. -We DO NOT work over other lash techs work . If you have on lashes from a previous tech , you will need to do a lash removal and new set. You will be charged accordingly. BY BOOKING AND/OR PAYING YOUR DEPOSIT YOU HAVE INDICATED YOU HAVE READ AND AGREED TO THE ABOVE TERMS .
