Please review the following guidelines before booking: • If it's been 3+ months since your last brow appointment with me, you will be booked as a new client. • BOOK UNDER YOUR NAME ONLY: If you are booking for someone else, please enter their personal information directly. Failure to provide their information may result in missed communications. Any no shows, late arrivals, or policy violations will be charged to the account used to make the booking. The booking party will be fully responsible for 100% of the service balance. • SERVICES: Clients are responsible for 100% of the payment for the services they BOOK, regardless of changes made on the day of service. If a client decides to modify their appointment on the day of the scheduled service, the full service fee will still be due. Please ensure to review your booking and confirm all services in advance. • APPOINTMENT REMINDERS: Are a courtesy, not a guarantee. Reminders are sent out the day before appointment. Confirm your appointment by replying “confirm” to the automated message. To cancel, reply with “cancel.” ‼️Clients are responsible for providing accurate and up to date contact information upon booking. This includes a valid phone number and email address. Please understand, Incorrect contact information may result in missed confirmations or reminders, which DOES NOT EXCUSE MISSED APPOINTMENTS! Please review all contact information before submitting. • No-call/no-show appointments will result in being unable to rebook and client is responsible for full balance. • No extra guests or children are allowed. ** During the holiday season, all last-minute cancellations/ no shows will be charged 100% of the booked service.
