Policy and Terms
•Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time. •If running late please notify me. •15 minute grace period. Appointment is subject to be cancelled or rescheduled. •No call/No show will no longer be able to book. •Deposits are non-refundable and go towards your service. •I will hold deposit for a week, after that new deposit will be required. *Remaining amount will be accepted through Zelle, Apple Pay, or cash.* ***MAKE SURE HAIR IS AT LEAST 3-4 WEEKS OUTGROWN FOR EVERY SERVICE***
