This must be paid immediately once you receive the booking details — your slot is only held once the deposit is confirmed. • The deposit counts toward your total price and is refundable only if you cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your appointment. • Our services are tailored for clients aged 18–26. Bookings outside this range will not be serviced, and deposits will be forfeited. • No‑shows will be banned from rebooking. Appointments & Timing • Please book in advance. • ONLY cash or immediate bank transfers are accepted on the day of your service. • We operate only on schedule. Late Policy • You have a 5‑minute grace period. If you arrive 5–10 minutes late, a R50 late fee applies. +10 minutes late, a R100 late fee applies. • Arriving more than 20 minutes late will result in forfeiture of your deposit and cancellation of the appointment. • Please plan ahead. traffic etc. does not excuse a late fee. Hair Prep & Styling Notes • Hair must be clean and washed before your appointment — we cannot service clients with unwashed hair. • Avoid heavy oils or products before your visit. We will moisturise after braiding. • If no colour choice is specified, #1 (black) will be used. • Colour mixing and highlighting are available at no extra fee within our standard range (1 Million Darling); extended options ( Xpression, Londie London etc) costs +R50. Client Environment • Only the client receiving service is allowed in the appointment space. Sizing • Small - 14 rows across the front & 4 rows at the nape • Smedium - 12 rows across the front & 3 rows at the nape • Medium - 10 rows across the front & 2-3 rows at the nape • Large - 8 rows across the front & 2 rows at the nape • Jumbo - 6 rows across the front & 1 row at the nape NOTE: SOME SERVICES HAVE BEEN DISCONTINUED🤍
