📌 Booking & Salon Policies Please read carefully before booking your appointment. 📅 Appointments & Deposits • All services are by appointment only. • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. • Your appointment is only confirmed once the deposit has been received. • The deposit will be deducted from your total service price. 💇🏽‍♀️ Hair Preparation Policy To ensure the best results and to avoid additional fees: Please arrive with: • Hair freshly washed • Fully blow-dried straight • Completely detangled • Product-free (no oils, leave-ins, grease, or gel) If your hair is not properly prepared, a wash & blow-dry add-on will be required (if time allows) or your appointment may need to be rescheduled. ✨ Included Hair & Add-Ons • Braiding hair for Knotless Braids, Fulani Braids, French Curl, and Miracle Knots is included in the service price. • Boho hair is not included and must be selected as an add-on if desired. •For Miracle Knots: please select a texture by the add ons. 🎨 Hair Color Selection • Please specify your desired hair color when booking. • Available standard colors: 2, 4, 5, 6 • You may select your color in the Add-Ons section during booking. • Custom or mixed colors must be discussed prior to your appointment. 📸 First-Time Clients • A photo of your natural hair may be requested after booking. • To avoid delays, first-time clients are encouraged to upload a clear photo of their natural hair in the booking form. • This allows proper time estimation and hair preparation. ⏰ Cancellations & Rescheduling • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. • Rescheduling requires 24 hours’ notice. • Deposits may be transferred once to a future appointment if proper notice is given. • Late cancellations or no-shows will result in deposit forfeiture. ⏳ Late Policy • Guys: A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After 10 minutes, your appointment is no longer guaranteed and may be given to a walk-in client. • Girls: A 25 minute grace period is allowed only if notice is given. Without notice, your appointment is no longer guaranteed and may also be given to a walk-in client. Arriving later than mentioned grace period may result in: • A late fee, or • Cancellation of your appointment (deposit forfeited) 💳 Payments • Remaining balance must be paid in cash at the end of the appointment. • Prices may be updated periodically. The price confirmed at the time of booking will be honored. ⏱️ Service Duration Service duration varies depending on: • Length and density of your natural hair • Desired size and length • Add-ons selected Please ensure you have enough time scheduled.
