📖 Bou-G Booking Policies & Studio Terms Please review all policies before confirming your appointment. Booking implies full agreement with the terms below. 🖤 Securing Your Appointment To reserve your appointment, a $25 non-refundable reservation fee is required along with a completed client intake and consent form. This fee will be credited toward your service total. Once your appointment request is confirmed, you’ll receive a text to finalize your reservation. 💡 Inspiration Photos To help ensure we’re aligned on your lash goals, you’re encouraged to share a photo of your desired lash style before your appointment. You may: • Upload your inspiration photo during booking (if prompted) • Or send it via text after your appointment is confirmed While optional, this step helps us fully customize your lash map and design. ⏰ Late Policy A 15-minute grace period is provided. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled, and the reservation fee will be forfeited. 🔁 Rescheduling Appointments may be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance via the link in your confirmation message. Reservation fees are transferable only if rescheduled within the same calendar month. Otherwise, a new fee will be required. ❌ Cancellations & No-Shows Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the reservation fee. No-shows will not be permitted to rebook future appointments. 🧘‍♀️ Appointment Etiquette & Preparation Please follow these guidelines for the best possible experience: Arrive with clean lashes (no mascara, oils, or makeup) -Avoid caffeine prior to your appointment - Remove contact lenses in advance - Shower before arriving if you’ve exercised - Avoid high buns or ponytails to ensure comfort during service - No guests are allowed during your appointment Thank you for honoring this space and trusting Bou-G Lashes with your beauty and peace.
