Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to have their service shortened or rescheduled. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations and no-shows may be subject to a fee. For the safety and comfort of all guests, please do not bring children to your appointment unless they are receiving a service or another adult is present to supervise them. If you are feeling ill, please contact us to reschedule your appointment. Born to Glow Skin Studio reserves the right to refuse service or reschedule appointments when necessary.
