Policy and Terms

Please Read Before Booking Deposits are non refundable and you can only transfer your deposit once within 7 days of your original appointment. If you cancel or rearrange within 24hrs of your appointment you will be charged 50% of the treatment price, this must be paid before you are able to book another appointment. New clients must have a patch test no later than 24 hrs prior to treatment. Failing to do so will result in your appointment being cancelled and a new deposit will be required when rebooking.

Ombré Powder Brows

A consultation is required before booking this treatment - Ombré brows is also known as powdered brows, this is a semi permanent eyebrow technique that creates a soft shaded in look. Results last up to 2 - 3 years, although this can vary based on skin type & lifestyle. Includes: free consultation, brow mapping, 4-6 week top up and full after care provided after treatment along with an after care ointment. All new clients are required to carry out a patch test this will be done on consultation, this needs to be carried out in our salon no later than 48 hours before the treatment.
