Policy and Terms

Please Read Before Booking Each appointment time is exclusively reserved for you. To ensure fairness to all clients, we kindly ask you to review our booking terms: • Deposits are non-refundable • Your deposit may be transferred once, provided you give at least 24 hours’ notice and reschedule within 7 days of your original appointment date. • Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours will incur a charge of 50% of the treatment price — this must be settled before any future bookings can be made. Patch Testing All new clients must attend a patch test no later than 24 hours prior to the appointment. Failure to attend will result in the appointment being cancelled, and a new deposit will be required to rebook. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, allowing us to provide a calm and punctual experience for every client.

Ombré Powder Brows

A consultation is required before booking this treatment - Ombré brows is also known as powdered brows, this is a semi permanent eyebrow technique that creates a soft shaded in look. Results last up to 2 - 3 years, although this can vary based on skin type & lifestyle. Includes: free consultation, brow mapping, 4-6 week top up and full after care provided after treatment along with an after care ointment. All new clients are required to carry out a patch test this will be done on consultation, this needs to be carried out in our salon no later than 48 hours before the treatment.
