•By booking, you agree to all policies and terms listed below.•

**In order to be serviced, natural nails must be healthy. Examples of unhealthy natural nails include, but are not excluded to:
* Thin nails (visible redness)
* Greenies (any green discoloration)
* Fungus (any orange and/or yellow discoloration)
* Any severe cuts to the nail and/or skin around the nail that prevent me from servicing you

If you have any questions regarding the health of your natural nails, feel free to message me through instagram DMs.

Policies:
* In order to reserve an appointment, a $10 deposit is required.
    * Deposits go towards your service.
* I do not do foreign fills (working over top of someone else’s work.) But, I will remove them & start fresh.
* For the remaining balance, I accept Apple Pay, Zelle, Cashapp, Cash & Card.
* I must be informed & have approved of any additional guests.

Removals:
* If you are in need of a removal, please make sure to book it (add a soak-off to your services.) If you have not added a removal and arrive with a previous set still on, I may not have enough time to service you the way you’d like.

        **! Be sure to go through every category on the “Select Services” page & add-on everything you will need done at your appointment (soak off, designs, etc.) If I have time I can squeeze overlooked bookings into the time frame (with the added charges) but it’s not guaranteed!**

Cancellation/Late Policy:
* 10 min late- $5 late fee
* Once 15 minutes has passed after your scheduled appointment time your appointment will be cancelled, then forfeiting your deposit.
* If you are able to, please try and cancel/reschedule ahead of time. You must cancel at-least 12 hours before your appointment time to receive your deposit back.
* Cancelling less that 12 hours before your appointment will forfeit your deposit.

No-call/ No-show policy:
* Communication is key. Clients can RESCHEDULE at least 5 hours before their appointment for no charge! 
* If you decide to not show up to your appointment without communicating with me at all about cancelling/rescheduling, your deposit will be forfeited & you will be charged a $10 no-show fee.

Confirmation Email/SMS:
* The address will be sent out 24 hours prior to your appointment via SMS.
