I’ve just been given my overall plan for the next 4 months in the lead-up to my first standard distance triathlon. Bill certainly knows his stuff, and has planned everything taking into account the training I am already doing alongside gym sessions for specific strength training and targeting my weak areas. Very pleased with the careful way everything has been mapped out for me!! Thanks Bill 😁👍

Bill is an excellent personal trainer - I couldn’t rate him high enough! He clearly knows his stuff and always manages to provide a tailored and enjoyable workout, even if you have an injury or are lacking motivation 😁
