Deposits are non-refundable in the case of a cancellation or no-show. However, if you reschedule your appointment 24 hours before the day of appointment using the link provided, your deposit will be automatically transferred to your rescheduled booking. 
A deposit of 75% of the appointment total is required to book but excluding single booked services below $25 (ex: Eyebrow waxing, Brow mapping, underarms ect.) to please send the payment in full.
Same day cancellation and no shows will be charged the remaining amount of the balance 
No show appointments or same day reschedules will have to send another deposit in order to book another appointment 
Pre-booked appointments can still send their deposits through Zelle.
Remaining payment can be given in person in cash, through Zelle or on line.

There is a 15 minute grace period to come late to your appointment, if you exceed the time limit without notice your appointment will be canceled.
A $15 late fee will be applied to the total of your services if you exceed the 15 minute grace period.
A $5-$15 fee will be applied if needing to book an appointment before business hours or after business hours (Depending how early or how late)
No other guest are allowed in the room without a notice and approval. 
It is Not recommend to bring small children to a long time framed service that could cause interruptions and constant movement to services such as Facials, Lash lift , Lash Extensions or a Full Body wax due to interruptions since the eyes will be closed and could cause Eye and or Skin irritation, minimal lasting results, time delays, poor results, improper application and delaying and or  over lapping upcoming scheduled appointments.
