Bookings are confirmed at the time of booking. Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the appointment. For appointments booked at a client's home, the client must ensure that they are present for the arrival time and have available space for the treatment booked. Payment is due at the time of service and accepted payment methods may vary. Clients must provide and disclose relevant allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to their appointment. No refunds are issued once a service has been completed.
