Your appointment is very important to us and each appointment time is reserved just for you. 

We understand that schedule adjustments are sometimes necessary; therefore; BLACK LOTUS LASHES respectfully requests a 24-hour notice for all cancellations or schedule changes. 

Please understand that reminders of appointments are provided as a courtesy and you are responsible for making any changes needed 24-hours prior to appointment to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments or a cancellation/no-show fee.

Fees are 100% of service price for less than 24 hour Cancellations and No-Shows. These are non-refundable or disputable.* 

All clients are required to fill out an intake form and sign service agreement & policy forms prior to first appointment. 

*All clients new and established, agree to this policy at time of making appointment whether online, via the phone, or in-person. 

There are NO exceptions to this policy.
