BOOKING & APPOINTMENT POLICY A $15 non-refundable deposit is required to book. You may pay directly through Goldie or send via Apple Pay/Cash App to 805-864-0126. No deposit = no appointment. Remaining balance is due in cash at your appointment. Card payments are accepted with a $5 fee. RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS Deposits are non-refundable. Reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance or a new deposit will be required. No-shows will be banned from future bookings. LATE POLICY A 15-minute grace period is allowed. Arriving more than 15 minutes late will result in automatic cancellation and loss of deposit. Late arrivals may receive a shortened service to stay on schedule. APPOINTMENT PREP • No extra guests unless discussed beforehand • Please arrive with clean lashes (no makeup or mascara) • Avoid caffeine 2 hours before your appointment • Must be 17+ and sign a consent form • Appointments will be canceled if you arrive sick or with eye irritation for safety reasons REFUNDS & FIXES No refunds. If you experience an issue with your set, please contact me within 48 hours so I can make it right.
