Policy and Terms

By booking an appointment with Be Guided by the Light, you agree to our policy that deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show. However, if you reschedule using the provided link, your deposit will be transferred to your new booking. You are allowed to reschedule only once. All sessions are virtual unless otherwise requested. For clients in Charleston and surrounding areas, in-person appointments will be held at a location designated by Ellie as she does not have an office space. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
