Policy and Terms

By booking an appointment with Beauty & Grace, you agree to our policy that deposits are non-refundable in the case of cancellation or no-show. However, if you reschedule your appointment using the link provided, your deposit will be automatically transferred to your future booking. Failure to cancel within 24 hours may result in a forfeit of your deposit. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the appointment takes place.
