Policy and Terms

•Cancellations: 24+ hrs notice required. Late cancellations are 40%. Deposits are non-refundable. • Late: 15-minute grace period. After that, appointment is canceled. • No-Shows: 1st = warning 2nd = 50% due before rebooking 3rd = no rebooking Excessive cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of booking privileges.
